The Heart of PA

Well thank you for your thoughts on what this page is.

Originally, this page was meant for encouragement and just reflections on chapel sermons. We started this page last year, around the same time as the first United Week started. 

So what is the point of this “stupid” page? Some place where people can feel safe to talk to some anonymous friends that don’t judge and would like the change PA for the better.

I’m really sad to hear that, I promise you there are people like me out there and I wish I could get to know you so I could be there for you. You aren’t alone in your depression, I know many people who suffer and in all honesty, I am one too. If you get to see this and if you haven’t read my story, I would love for you to read it here. PA isn’t a school for perfect people but we shouldn’t be known as “assholes” either. I really hope you’ll give us a chance and I’d love to get to know you, one thing I can promise is that I’ll never leave you. I love you :)

Dear God, 

I just bring you this prayer request, you hear all our prayers and will answer them according to your will. I pray that you will be able to give this family the peace that passes all understanding and that the stress levels will be manageable, and no matter what, help them remember that you are stronger than anything of this world and when the going gets tough, always to turn towards you, God, first.
